Introduction to Welded Gabion mesh

Welded gabion mesh is made by assembling the front and rear panels, bottom plates and partitions that have been welded into shape with spiral binding wires, then compressing them and packaging them together with the mesh cover. All the folded and bound gabion products are an independent entity.

Welded gabion mesh is made of high-quality low-carbon steel wire and processed into shape through automated, precise and accurate mechanical equipment in strict accordance with the BS1052:1986 standard. After that, it undergoes surface passivation and plasticization treatment by processes such as electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, plastic coating, plastic immersion or Galfan.

Application of welded gabion mesh

Welded gabion mesh is widely used abroad, mainly for park landscape modeling, building exterior walls, and the outsourcing of business buildings.
