304stainless steel mesh is a metal woven mesh mainly made of 304 and 304L stainless steel, widely used in screening and filtration operations in acidic and alkaline environments, covering scenarios such as mud treatment in the petroleum industry, chemical fiber screening, electroplating acid washing, and mining classification screening. It is made by five techniques including plain weave, twill weave and Dutch weaving. The mesh count ranges from 5 to 630 mesh. The wire diameter and hole diameter can be calculated mutually through the formula (mesh count =25.4÷(hole diameter + wire diameter)).

This product complies with the JB/ T5979-92 standard and features heat resistance, acid resistance and wear resistance. Its alloy composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel (18-8 type) can resist moisture and corrosion for a long time, making it suitable for harsh environments such as food processing and sand and gravel screening in nuclear power plants. The raw materials include stainless steel wire, nickel wire and brass wire. The finished product types include fine mesh, wide mesh, filter cylinders and other industrial square hole screens. The main production base is located in Anping County.
