Heavy-duty steel mesh is a rhombic mesh product formed by stamping and stretching metal sheets in the metal wire mesh industry. It is also known as anti-glare net or metal expansion net. Its materials include low-carbon steel, stainless steel plates, aluminum-magnesium alloy plates, etc. The plate thickness is usually 5-10 millimeters, and the mesh pitch is 50-200 millimeters for the long pitch and 25-100 millimeters for the short pitch. After being flattened, the product forms a three-dimensional mesh structure. The surface can be enhanced with corrosion resistance through processes such as PVC impregnation and hot galvanizing.

This product is widely used for anti-glare isolation and safety protection on highways and railways, and can replace bridge reinforcing bars. Its high load-bearing property makes it the preferred material for oil tanker foot nets, ship walkways, industrial platforms, and mine facilities. It is used as a special protective net in engineering projects such as Daqing Oilfield and Dalian Shipyard. It has both anti-glare function and modular detachable design, and is suitable for emergency passages and other scenarios.
