Product Introduction

The galvanized mesh is made of high-quality iron wire and is formed through precise automated mechanical welding. After shaping, it undergoes electroplating or hot-dip galvanizing treatment to become a metal mesh-like product. Its production process consists of three major steps: cold-drawing of steel wire, numerical control welding, and surface galvanizing, resulting in a smooth mesh surface and firm weld points. 

It is mainly divided into two types: cold galvanizing and hot galvanizing. Typical specifications include wire diameter of 0.6 - 5mm, mesh size of 30×30 to 100×100mm, and size of 1m×2m, etc. As a multi-functional industrial material, it is widely used in building exterior insulation, agricultural fences, machine protective covers, etc., and possesses core advantages such as strong corrosion resistance and sturdy structure.

Post-galvanized mesh:

First, low-carbon steel wires are welded, and then galvanization is applied. The galvanized coating covers the welding points and the surface of the steel wires.

Galvanized mesh sheet:

It is formed by directly welding pre-galvanized iron wires [4]. Special varieties also include powder-coated mesh sheets (with PVC/PE coating on the galvanized layer) and immersion-coated mesh sheets (completely covered with polymer materials).
